Events like these will be part of a holistic research study aimed at exploring the impact of practices like breathwork, plant medicine (Sea Moss & Amanita Muscaria), sound healing, and group integration on mental and physical well-being. By participating, you'll be contributing valuable data to scientific research while experiencing these practices firsthand.

What is a Conversation Party?

We start by anonymously writing conversational topics on slips of paper. The papers will then be put into a box where we will randomly choose topics to discuss. We'll have 6 minutes to speak about each topic. The key here is to bring YOU and YOUR unapologetic self to the table. This is a judgement free environment where social barriers don't exist.

The Rules:

1.) No topic is off limits. We're all coming together to experience the world in each other's point of view.

2.)When one is sharing, we are experiencing. Please respect whoever is speaking and actively listen as some may be more comfortable sharing than others.

3.)You are encouraged to share your own thoughts if you don't agree with someone's opinions, but by no means are you to be loud or disrespectful.

4.)This is a networking event. You are more than welcome to bring business cards and promotional material as they will be distributed throughout the night.

5.)The use of cellphone is highly discouraged since it takes away from your ability to experience the present moment.

Event Details:

The evening unfolds with a welcome meal prepared by Planta Feia, featuring nourishing food and incorporating holistic sea moss remedies to kickstart your journey.

We'll then transition into a guided holotropic breathwork practice designed to open your heart and cultivate deeper self-awareness and vulnerability within the group.

Following this introspective journey, we'll spark up more than just conversation to create a calming environment to ease tension and promote well-being.

This introspective and calming journey sets the stage for the evening's highlight: unfiltered conversations with your community. No topic is off-limits as we expand our perspectives by openly sharing with one another.

Who we are:

Jona Hernandez is a reiki master, community organizer, and catalyst for authenticity. Through his YouTube channel, Jona bridges science, spirituality, and religion, offering transformative wisdom. Together with his fiancé, May Castillo, Jona empowers individuals and couples to discover purpose, shed limiting beliefs, and unleash their fullest potential.

May Castillo is a degreed minister with a bachelors in Metaphysical Science. May is dedicated to making the benefits of holistic healing accesable to all through her non profit organization, Gaia Rising Ministry. She is not only a minister but also a channel of transformative energy who has brought relief to countless individuals struggling with emotional and physical distress.

Planta Feia is a holistic healer who transformed her life through plant-based living and microdosing after battling depression, addiction, and weight issues. Now, guided by love, truth, peace, freedom, and justice, she runs a non-profit empowering "Black" and "Latino" communities with plant medicine knowledge for holistic healing.
